Culinary project: La Pecora Nera's initiative to explore and promote the neighborhoods of Torre Maura, Acilia, Tufello, Spinaceto, and Primavalle. The project aims to shift focus from well-known areas of Rome to lesser-known neighborhoods rich in local activities, stories, and culinary heritage. It will feature local markets, artisan workshops, and restaurants, using food as a tool for community engagement and cultural exchange. Accompanied by five videos showcasing each neighborhood, this project will culminate in a printed guide highlighting historical narratives and local food spots.
